Gourmet World is a delicatessen, imported groceries and giftware items, bakery and cafe. We have many unique items that are harder to find in your typical grocery stores or delicatessen.

We make our own soups and delicious sandwiches that can be eaten in our small cafe or for take out. Check out the Lunch Menu to see which kind of sandwiches we make. Soups are made daily. Call the store or come in to find out what soup we have today.

Custom Cake

Gourmet World creates delicious and beautifully designed Custom Cakes for any occasion! From weddings to birthdays, and anything in between! We do tend to book custom cakes anywhere from 2 weeks in advance to 6 weeks in advance. Get your cake order in early if you would like to order a custom cake.

In Store Cakes

These cakes are pre-decorated and ready to go! Flavours and sizes (4″ cake, 2-4 servings. 6″ cake, 8-10 servings. 8″ cake, 14-18 servings are the sizes we make for the in store cakes) will vary day to day. Here’s some photos of the cakes we will typically have available:

We have some Happy Birthday toppers available in store to add to your in store cake purchase as well.

Our freezer is stocked with imported food as well as our desserts such as Freshly made and frozen cakes in a variety of flavours, and savoury food such as Swedish Meatballs and Meat pies made here in store.
